Western Cape police are searching for two armed suspects who shot and killed a three-month-old boy in Bonteheuwel near Cape Town.

Police say the gunmen stormed into the house on Friday morning, firing several shots at a woman who was in the home.
The baby was killed in the shooting, which is suspected to be linked to gang violence.
"At round 07:45, two unidentified armed men entered the premises and proceeded to one of living rooms," said Western Cape police spokesperson Joseph Swartbooi.
"One of the men fired a gunshot which left the three-month-old baby with serious injuries. The child was rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
"The motive for this attack is believed to be gang related. We can confirm that the victim has since been declared deceased by the medical personnel."
Bishop Lavis police are investigating a case of murder and attempted murder.
