The bail application of five people linked to an R2 billion drug bust in Limpopo has been postponed to 3 September.

The three Mexican nationals and two South Africans appeared in the Groblersdal Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.
Mexican nationals Gonzales Jorge, Gutierrez Lopes, and Rodriguez Vidan, as well as South Africans Frederick Botha and Simphiwe Khumalo, were arrested during a raid at a farm in Groblersdal in July.
They have been charged with the illegal manufacturing and dealing in drugs, contravening the Immigration Act, and money laundering.
A spokesperson for the National Prosecuting Authority in Limpopo, Mashudu Malabi-Dzhangi, said the matter was postponed for further written and oral submissions.
"...after the state led further evidence of drug purchase invoices which was in the mobile phone of accused number four (Khumalo) of around R350,000 and also a quotation of buying Tartaric believed to be related to the manufacturing of drugs," said Malabi-Dzhangi.
