Basani Maluleke resigns as CEO of African Bank

Basani Maluleke will step down as CEO of African Bank at the end of April, the bank announced on Monday.

Maluleke is stepping down to pursue other career opportunities and will conclude her tenure on 30 April.
Maluleke says she is proud to have served as CEO during the organisation’s transformation period.
“I am extremely proud of what we have achieved over the last three years and grateful for the dedication and hard work our people. It has been an honor to serve as the CEO of African Bank during an important phase of the organization’s transformation. I thank the board for their good wishes.”
Gustav Raubenheimer has been appointed as interim CEO.
