JacarandaFM's General Manager Kevin Fine said more than 2000 riders are taking on the dirt trails.
"I'm out in the middle of the forest pushing my 2-year-old on his bike. I'm watching all the guys on the 15km and 50km race and everybody looks to be having a good time," said Fine.
Fine added the recent rains in Gauteng helped creating the perfect back drop of lush green surroundings.
"I'm really looking forward to next year, making it an even bigger and better event. It's a wonderful way to spend time with your family and just enjoy the day out with JacarandaFM," said Fine.

Some cyclists have already made their way past the finish line. But before that, you have to pass the stage. How cool? #OffTheBeatnTraffic pic.twitter.com/XmM2pVOj2i
