Bryanston man gunned down in broad daylight
Gauteng police have launched a manhunt for two suspects after a 59-year-old man was shot and killed in Bryanston, north of Johannesburg, on Tuesday.
Police spokesperson Mavela Masondo says both the suspects are armed.
"It is alleged that the victim was entering the complex where he is residing when he approached by two armed suspects who then shot at him using rifles."
Masondo says the two suspects fled the scene with a blue BMW.

"The getaway car was later discovered burnt about 5km away from the crime scene."
Masondo says the motive for the murder is not yet known amid speculation that it could have been a hit.
