A burst pipe has led to the Waltloo licensing centre closing its doors on Monday.

Spokesperson for the City of Tshwane Selby Bokaba says the offices have been flooded.
“Plumbers have been dispatched on site to do the necessary maintainance work and clear the deluge of water from the offices.”
