Cash-in-transit robbery on N4
Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
Seven people have been injured in a cash-in-transit robbery on the N4 towards Emalahleni.

The police's Kay Makhubele says the suspects were allegedly dressed in police uniform and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash and three firearms.
"No shots were fired. We are investigating a case of armed robbery and the circumstances around the robbery.
"We will be investigating whether the recent [cash-in-transit] cases are linked," Makubele said.
Meanwhile, Netcare 911's Chris Botha says the security guards who were targeted during the robbery claim petrol was poured over their vehicle.
"Four people have sustained serious injuries. Three security guards from cash-in-transit vehicles were also injured," Botha said.
