Charges of malicious damage to property against Springbok rugby player Elton Jantjies has been provisionally withdrawn by the National Prosecuting Authority.

The World Cup-winning Bok pivot was arrested at OR Tambo International Airport two weeks ago after he allegedly damaged property on an Emirates Airlines flight.
Jantjies is part of the 17-member Springbok camp in Pretoria ahead of the upcoming series against Wales.
His lawyer Nabeela Moola says they had submitted representations to the state during their previous court appearance..
"So there were presentations that we had submitted to the state as of our last attendance, and based on the presentations the senior public prosecutor made the decision to provincially withdraw the matter."
