Updated | By Sinethemba Madolo
The 7-year-old girl who was raped at Dros restaurant in Silverton in September last year is recovering well, says anti-abuse movement #NotInMyName.

The man who allegedly raped her, Nicolas Ninow, briefly appeared in the Pretoria Magistrates Court on Tuesday where a trial date was set for September 9 to 20 in the High Court in Pretoria.
In addition to the rape charge, Ninow now also faces kidnapping, assault, possession of drugs and obstruction of justice.
The organisation has been supporting the victim and her family.

Spokesperson Themba Masango says the minor is back at school.
"She's a very resilient little young lady and the family is very appreciative of the communities support and obviously different organisations that have been standing with the family at court every single time."
Masango says the family remains out of the public eye.
"The little girl is going on fine, she's strong, she's very resilient and I believe that with the necessary counselling that she is going through - from the family’s side - she is going to grow up and have a beautiful future."
Masango says they are happy with the five additional charges.
"We are hoping that come the 20th September that Nicholas Ninow will be found guilty of all the charges and he will the full might of the law and be in prison for a very long time."
