Escaped Lephalale lions still at large
Updated | By Gaopalelwe Phalaetsile
Authorities in Limpopo are still searching for two lions which escaped from a game farm in the Baltimore area outside Lephalale.

The National Farmers Union says farmers in the area have been warned to be vigilant and protect themselves and their livestock.
"We are waiting for confirmation that the professionals are in the area to catch the lions because lions aren't just animals you can catch.
"Lions are dangerous and we hope the process will begin as soon as possible as the lives of livestock and humans are in exposed to danger. We are mindful of the fact that all of us as farmers are running businesses and don't want to lose our livestock," says the union’s Motsepe Matlala.
He says they also want a probe into how the lions escaped.
