Eskom implements stage 2 load-shedding
Updated | By Lindiwe Mpanza
Eskom implemented stage two load-shedding on Thursday afternoon.

The power outages are expected to last until 11pm.
This follows the implementation of stage one earlier in the day due to a lack of sufficient generating capacity.
An electrical fault occurred at one of the units in Mpumalanga on Thursday morning.
Eskom's Andrew Etzinger told Jacaranda FM News earlier that the load-shedding is a result of a trip at the Kusile power station.
"A lot of our plants are experiencing breakdowns at the moment," said Etzinger.
The load-shedding schedules can be found on Eskom's website as well as those of the various municipalities.
