Ferrari driver shot and killed in Soweto

Gauteng police are searching for an
unknown number of suspects who shot and killed the driver of a Ferrari in
Diepkloof.

The driver and his passenger were shot and killed on Sunday evening.
“It is alleged that the driver of the red Ferrari was driving with a female passenger at Corner Chris Hani and Klipvalley Roads in Soweto on Sunday, at approximately 22h00,” says police spokesperson Mavela Masondo.
Masondo says both victims, 41-year-old male and 21-year-old female, were declared dead on scene.
“A Toyota Etios with unconfirmed number of occupants blocked them and started shooting at the Ferrari before speeding off and both victims died on the scene.”
No arrests have been made.
