Updated | By Cliff Shiko
The Border Management Authority has temporarily shut down three border points with Botswana due to flooding.

These are Pont drift border, Makgobistad and Derdepoort border.
The operations at these ports of entry until further notice.
The BMA said the decision to suspend operations was communicated to authorities in Botswana.
"The heavy rainfall in the region has resulted in significant water levels rising in the Molopo River, making operations at the three ports of entry unsafe and impractical," said BMA Spokesperson Mmeme Mokgotsi.
"Travellers and commercial operators are advised to use Ramatlabama, Kopfontein, and Skilpadshek ports of entry, for cross-border movement.”
