The four accused in the disappearance of six-year-old Joslin Smith are expected to return to the Vredenburg Magistrate's Court in the Western Cape today.

The young Smith went missing from her house in the Middelpos informal settlement in Saldanha Bay nearly seven months ago.
Joslin's mother Jacquel Chantal Smith, her boyfriend, Jacques Rowhan Appolis, Steveno van Rhyn and Lorentia Lombard are facing charges of trafficking in persons with the purpose of exploitation and kidnapping.
Smith reported her six-year-old daughter's disappearance from their home in Saldanha Bay in February, telling police she left the child in the care of Appollis when she went to work.
During their last court appearance in July, Magistrate Yolisa Sikhoyo postponed the hearing to continue the investigations.
"Due to the amount of the investigation that is still outstanding, your matter is going to be postponed again to give the state an opportunity to complete its investigation,” he said.
The accused have remained in custody.
