Updated | By Cliff Shiko
Johannesburg emergency services say at least three workers were injured after a wall collapsed at a construction side in Houghton on Monday.

The workers trapped underneath the concrete wall.
Two were extricated and transported to Charlotte Maxeke Hospital, while the third worker was taken to Milpark Hospital.
"Emergency personnel discovered three individuals trapped beneath a collapsed wall. Rescue operations commenced immediately,” said Joburg EMS spokesperson Xolile Khumalo.
"Johannesburg EMS will investigate the cause of the collapse."
This is the latest residential structure to collapse after last years' incident in George, which killed 34 workers.
