3000 vetkoek in 24 hours in Parys, Free State.

He says he sat in a Jacuzzi for 13 days, but the most difficult thing Van Zijl says he has done was rowing on a rowing machine for 100 hours.
"I have been doing [these world records] since 1988. Many years ago I was diagnosed with HIV, and I have decided to dedicate my life to helping other people," says Van Zijl.
Van Zijl plans to sell the vetkoek to the public to generate funds to people with epilepsy and to the SPCA in Parys.
