KwaZulu-Natal authorities are urging the public to help track down a man believed to have killed a 46-year-old woman in KwaMakhutha, south of Durban.

Philisiwe Mvubu was stabbed to death last week, in an apparent domestic dispute.
Police have opened a murder case and are searching for the perpetrator.
“The victim sustained stab wounds on the body and was declared dead at the scene,” says KZN police spokesperson Nqobile Gwala.
Provincial government officials have expressed deep shock at the brutal murder.
"The MEC for Social Development in KwaZulu-Natal, Mrs Nonhlanhla Khoza, has conveyed her heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of a woman who was brutally murdered in Mkhazini area, KwaMakhutha, south of Durban, at weekend,” says Mhlabunzima Memela, spokesperson for the Department of Social Development.
"It is a very terrible situation that we find ourselves in as a province, the number of cases of gender-based violence that we see in this province. That is a very brutal thing that has happened in that area."
