Updated | By Lonwabo Miso

According to the report, education MEC Peggy Nkonyeni revealed on Thursday that schools were inflating pupil numbers in a bid to obtain extra resources from the department.
An investigation into the uThungulu District by the national and provincial departments had revealed that pupil numbers had been inflated by 200,000.
"We really need to find out if we really have 2.6 million learners," Nkonyeni was quoted as saying.
She told the newspaper that the investigation would be expanded to include the province's 11 other teaching districts.
She warned school principals that they would be charged with fraud if they were found to have inflated pupil numbers.
