[Listen] Collen Maine a 'sell-out of note': Moraka
Updated | By Neo Motloung
African National
Congress Youth League (ANCYL) deputy secretary-general, Thandi Moraka, has
lashed out at the league's president Collen Maine.

Moraka was speaking at a memorial service for Winnie Madikizela-Mandela at the Regina Mundi Church in Soweto, organised by the ANC Women's League (ANCWL).
Moraka says, ahead of the ANC's national elective conference in 2017, the youth league relied on young people to support Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma's bid to become the first female president of the party.
However, Maine changed his tone when Cyril Ramaphosa won the leadership race.
Moraka says immediately after the elective conference, Maine went to Ramaphosa to apologise on behalf of the ANCYL.
"That apology was not representing us as the youth of the country," says Moraka. "In fact, he does not deserve to be called a comrade. He is a sell-out of note.”

Moraka says Maine is a liar and does not deserve to lead the youth league as he has admitted to being captured by the controversial Gupta family.
"Collen Maine you do not deserve to lead the youth of this country, you must therefore resign as a matter of urgency," says Moraka.
