Missing nine-day-old boy, Mogamat Imaad Shamar, has been found alive in Tafelsig near Mitchells Plain.

Police found the baby on Monday evening.
A 37-year-old woman was arrested in connection with the alleged kidnapping.
Western Cape police spokesperson, FC van Wyk, says a multi-disciplinary crime team worked tirelessly since a case of kidnapping was registered with Bellville Police Station on Saturday.
The baby was abducted at a local shopping complex in Bellville.
“Owing to the meticulous investigation and the analytical approach to the information at their disposal, the team pounced on an address in Honolulu Street in Tafelsag on Monday night, where they found the child and in the process detained a 37-year-old female for kidnapping,” said Van Wyk.
