Durban politician Visvin Reddy is expected to return to court in June.

The 53-year-old appeared at the Chatsworth Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
He was charged after a video emerged of him threatening civil unrest should the new MK Party not make it on the ballot paper for the 2024 general elections.
NPA KZN spokesperson Natasha Kara says Reddy was released on a warning.
"Reddy appeared on a charge of contravening section 17 of the Riotous Assemblies Act where he is alleged to have incited public violence. He appeared on summons, and the matter was transferred to the Durban regional court."
