No response from Zuma on suspension - Mbalula
Updated | By Cliff the Reporter
ANC Secretary General Fikile Mbalula says the party has not received any correspondence from former president Jacob Zuma on his suspension.

Zuma was suspended in January for bringing the party into disrepute following his endorsement of the new MK Party ahead of the elections.
Speaking on Thursday, Mbalula said the national executive committee will implement its decision whether Zuma responds or not.
"We have not checked the response yet. It is possible that there is response and it is possible that there is no response at all. Whether there is a response or not, the ANC NEC will follow the constitution to the letter.
"The decision of the NEC will be enforced and will be implemented. The decision will be announced publicly, as a requirement of our constitution."
Zuma has remained mum on the ANC's decision, after previously saying he will remain an ANC member.
