This after they made disparaging comments about the coloured community in an episode posted on their social media, which has since gone viral.

The hosts have since apologised for the remarks and removed the discussion from the episode.

However, PA leader Gayton McKenzie, who is also the Minister of Sport, Arts and Culture, said the party will also institute proceedings in the Equality Court for unlawful discrimination.

“Its racism we must never allow people to become so comfortable if we have to say that about other races we would be on front pages”, he said.

Deputy Minister for Youth and Persons with Disabilities, Steve Letsike has, meanwhile, also condemned the offensive remarks, saying they undermine unity and inclusivity.

Letsike stressed the need for respectful dialogue, especially in a diverse nation such as South Africa.

The deputy minister further called for accountability and emphasised that hate speech cannot be excused as free speech.
