Public Enterprises appoints SAA interim board
Updated | By Gaopalelwe Phalaetsile
The Department of Public Enterprises has appointed six non-executive directors to the interim board of South African Airways (SAA).

Spokesperson Richard Mantu says the team will bring a new perspective as the national carrier prepares to relaunch in 2021.
"The DPE believes the key to resolving the challenges of SAA is the finalisation of the business rescue process, which will be followed by the start of a restructured airline, the appointment of a leadership team and the securing a credible strategic equity partner.”
