The African National Congress’ (ANC) top leadership has paid its respects to the late Mantwa Khoza, who was married to Premier Soccer League and Orlando Pirates chairman Dr Irvin Khoza.

President Cyril Ramaphosa, deputy president David Mabuza, treasurer-general Paul Mashatile and secretary-general Ace Magashule all paid a visit to the Khoza house in Dube Soweto on Sunday to offer their condolences to the family.
Mantwa Khoza passed away on Friday after a short illness.
“When we heard about the departure of our sister, Dr Khoza’s wife, we were really heartbroken. It is a departure that we had not expected. We felt the need to come and support Dr Khoza and to be with him, so we could console him with the departure of our sister that has occurred in this family,” said President Ramaphosa.
