'Ramaphosa does not care for black lives’ - Malema
Updated | By Gaopalelwe Phalaetsile
Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema has told his supporters that President Cyril Ramaphosa does not care for the lives of black people.

He was speaking outside the US Embassy in Pretoria on Monday.
The EFF led a silent protest in solidarity with those protesting against the death of African American George Floyd at the hands of a white police officer in Minneapolis.
Malema criticised Ramaphosa for his support of the #BlackLivesMatter movement.

"He even pretends that he cares about the lives of black people. Those American police officers, saw Ramaphosa instructing South African police to kill black people. Then they knew if African authorities have no regard for black lives why should they," he said.
Malema went on to add that Ramaphosa sold out the country before he became president.
"It is Cyril Ramaphosa who took Mandela right from prison to the Menelle family, Mandela had a house in the Menelle family, one of the richest families in South Africa. This bastard called Cyril, sold this country even before he became President by selling out a radical Mandela.”
