Scores of farmworkers injured in Limpopo crash

Fourteen farm workers have been injured in a car crash in Tafelkop, Limpopo.

The crash involved a bakkie transporting 16 farm workers on Monday morning.
The injured, including the driver, were taken to Groblersdal hospital and Tefelkop clinic
Agriculture and Rural Development spokesperson Pelane Phakgadi said the cause of the accident is being investigated.
"The Limpopo MEC for Agriculture and Rural Development, Nakedi Kekana, has extended heartfelt well wishes to colleagues in the farming fraternity, about 16 of them who were involved in a car accident.
"The MEC applauds the dedication and rapid intervention of the emergency teams that have assisted the colleagues on site."
