Sisulu: ANC must reclaim moral high ground
Updated | By Samkelo Maseko
ANC NEC member Lindiwe Sisulu says the party is in a crisis.

Sisulu was addressing the Lilliesleaf Farm branch of the ANC in Midrand as part of a Dialogue on Institutional Unity in the party.
She says the ANC has to regain the moral high ground in society and must unite to avoid a repeat of what happened before the Polokwane conference.
Sisulu says the divisions that were there heading to the watershed Polokwane conference, are still present.
She says party members must use the Policy Conference to unite the ANC.
"We must regroup, reunite the ANC - rebrand the ANC", Sisulu says.
"Those of you that are technological savvy -rebrand this organisation so that it resonates even with people that are younger than yourselves. So that they feel "I belong there and I want to belong here". Make sure that it grows" says Sisulu.
Sisulu also addressed the spate of violence against women and children which made headlines over the past few weeks
"I don't know what kind of society we have become, when young women become so vulnerable and that we, men, prey on them to the extent that we actually burn their bodies", says Sisulu.
"We desecrate them. There's something wrong with a society that does that", Sisuly says.
