Special train service for Ellis Park rugby match

The Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa has announced that a train service has been scheduled for rugby fans on Saturday.

The Emirates Lions and DHL Stormers rugby game is set to take place at the Emirates Airline Park-Ellis Park Stadium today.
The agency said in a statement train services are expected to run at 15-minute intervals from Park Station to the stadium and back from 11am.
"The last Metrorail train from Ellis Park will be at 18h45. Rugby fans are encouraged to make use of public modes of transport, e-hailing services or the Gautrain to Park Station. The last Gautrain departs Park Station at 20h30", the statement read.
"The 3-minute journey to and from the Emirates Airline Park will cost R20 for a return trip and can be purchased online via ticketpro for the convenience of spectators. "
"There will be limited paid parking at Park Stations for those who choose to use their private vehicles".
