The case against 27-year-old Sathekge Moloto has been postponed to 9 April.

Moloto briefly appeared in the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court on Monday morning.
He was arrested in connection with the rape of two nurses at the ga-Chuene Clinic, earlier this month.
Authorities say the accused is currently facing two charges, alleged possession of unlicensed firearm and ammunition.
Police say more charges will be added as the investigations go on.
Speaking to SABC News, Provincial Police Commissioner Thembi Hadebe believes that they have a strong case against the accused.
"We have evidence, concrete evidence, ranging from recoveries that we have made from the suspect's house, linked to different crime scenes. Remember, this man in every crime scene that he went to, he was taking cell phones, he was taking gadgets, and some of the gadgets were found in his own possession.
"A lot of cell phones that were also found, and over and above, we even went to those people that some of the cell phones he assumed, so, there is intense investigation that is going on.”
Hadebe vowed to ensure that DNA results come back soon.
"We are confident, let alone that we are just pushing our forensic to support us with the availability of the DNA, then thereafter we will be the happiest people in terms of solving our case."
Limpopo Health MEC Dieketseng Mashego said an investigation has been launched into into the security company at Ga-Chuene Clinic to check if they followed all protocols.
Mashego was speaking to the media outside court.
"Steps will be taken against the company if investigations conclude there was a breach of contract,” the MEC said.
“This incident has prompted the need to investigate other security companies that are rendering services, especially at clinics that are operating 24 hours a day to check if they have the capacity to offer protection services.”
She add3 that the two nurses are getting the help they need.
"With what has happened with the arrest, I think they (nurses) are also relieved because they were even worried that this has happened and the perpetrator has not yet been caught, with these news, it is a relief for them, but they are in pain and that pain will last for the rest of their lives.
“We are doing our best to ensure that they get all the counselling that they need so that they can be able to go on with their lives."
