Three arrested for Cape Town cop killing
Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
Three people have been arrested in connection with the killing of a Cape Town police officer.

Constable Lindekile Sikade (39) was shot and killed in Philippi East while en-route to work in April.
Hawks spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Robert Netshiunda says: The three men who are suspected to be behind the killing have been arrested by the Hawks and Tactical Response Team members on Monday afternoon."
The trio were arrested in Philippi East.
Sikade, who was stationed at Grassy Park Detective Unit, was inside his official vehicle when he was ambushed by the suspects.
He was also robbed of his service pistol.
The suspects will appear in the Mitchell's Plain Magistrate's Court on Wednesday.
A total of 86 police officers were murdered in the 2014/2015 financial year.
Netshiunda says: "We have established a team to deal with police murders. The arrest of these suspects is a true reflection of how we will stop at nothing when we are hunting down suspects who kill police officers.
"An attack on a police officer, is an attack on the State."
