Three killed in Boksburg crash
Three people were killed in a single-vehicle crash on the N12 in Boksburg on Sunday evening.
The driver of a bakkie and two passengers lost their lives after the vehicle swerved and hit a substation box near the Jet Park Road off-ramp.
All three of the victims were declared dead at the scene.
Ekurhuleni emergency services said they had to make use of the Jaws of Life to extricate the bodies from the wreckage.
The scene was later handed over to the Ekurhuleni metro police for further investigation.
