Limpopo police have launched a manhunt for three awaiting-trial prisoners who escaped from Letsitele police cells in Mopani District.

The trio escaped on Tuesday morning.
"Reports indicate that the murder suspects, Patrick Mbombi, Thabo Moye Makgopa, and Javas Mongwe, are described as dangerous and armed. They allegedly overpowered police on duty and fled on foot," said provincial police spokesperson Malesela Ledwaba.
He says police are investigating the matter.
Meanwhile, SAPS is offering a R100,000 reward for information that can lead to the arrest of a suspect linked to the murder of a Tzaneen Roman Catholic Church priest.
William Banda (36) from Malawi was gunned down while preparing for a church sermon in March by a suspect who pretended to be a congregant.
"Anyone with positive information that can lead to the arrest and subsequent conviction of the perpetrator may contact the investigating officer, Warrant Officer Shai, on 082 465 2996 or Provincial Commander of the Murder and Robbery Unit, Colonel Tinyiko Shilenge, on 071 673 1814," said Ledwaba.
