Updated | By Cliff Shiko
Mpumalanga police have arrested three suspects after they were found with dagga worth R1.6 million on the R37 between Lydenburg and Mbombela.

Police say they received a tip-off about two vehicles, a bakkie and a sedan, carrying dagga.
The suspects, aged between 26 and 36, have since appeared in the Sabie Magistrates' Court, and their case was postponed to next Tuesday.
Police spokesperson Mpho Nonyane said suspects were also charged with bribery.
"The suspects offered police officials a R 53,000 bribe for their release and that of the two vehicles, which the police refused.
"During the search, it was discovered that both vehicles were carrying a load of dagga with a combined estimated value of R 1.6 million."
