Tshwane warns of power outage amid maintenance work
Planned maintenance is set to take place at the metro's Wapadrand 132 KV Substation on Sunday.
"This essential work will last for 7 hours, from 08h00 until 15h00 and will result in a power supply interruption," said city spokesperson Lindela Mashigo.
"The Faerie Glen, Koedoeberg, Lombardi, Shere-line, and ZW-line suburbs will be affected by the maintenance."
The city has advised customers to treat all electricity supply points as live at all times.
