KZN Department of Transport says student pilot Lulama Msane and medical student Siphesihle Buthelezi were the other two occupants of the light aircraft that went down near Greytown on Sunday.

They had been flying with student pilot Nqobile Biyela in one of three planes that departed from Virginia Airport in Durban in formation and were headed to Wonderboom Airport in Pretoria.
The group was meant to refuel in Ladysmith, but the airport did not have night facilities.
They were diverted to Greytown, where the first aircraft crashed into bushy terrain as it approached.
The two pilots on board were not injured.
The second plane landed safely.
The wreckage of the third aircraft that had been carrying Biyela, Msane, and Buthelezi was found the following morning after an hour-long search.

Provincial Transport spokesperson Ndabezinhle Sibiya says they are supporting the families as investigations continue.
"According to the MEC, the announcement that an investigation report will be published within 30 days by the Accident and Incident Investigation Division will serve as a source of comfort for the families.
"He has stressed that we are fully aware that postmortem examinations of the victims by trained pathologists will be critical in terms of highlighting causative factors, crash injuries, and survival factors."
