Updated | By Gaophalelwe Phalaetsile
The Randburg Magistrate’s court has sentenced Vicki Momberg to
three years behind bars.

Momberg was found guilty on four counts of crimen injuria after video footage of her using the K-word and saying she will run over black people, emerged on social media.
Magistrate Pravina Raghoonandan has suspended one year of the sentence, meaning Momberg will only spend two years in jail.
She said in her opinion, Momberg was not remorseful nor was she in any way taking responsibility for her actions.
Momberg's lawyer indicated to the court that his client wants to appeal both the conviction and sentence.
