Vicki Momberg to apply for bail
Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
Former estate agent Vicki Momberg is set to apply for bail at the Randburg Magistrate's Court on Thursday.

Momberg is expected to ask the court that she be temporary released from jail, pending her appeal against her conviction and sentence.
Marked as a convicted racist, Momberg, was on Monday granted leave to appeal the landmark judgement against her.
Momberg was found guilty on four counts of crimen injuria after video footage emerged of her using the k-word almost 50 times, against law enforcement officers who came to her aid after a smash-and-grab incident in 2016.
In March, she was sentenced to three years in prison, of which one year was suspended.
Magistrate Pravina Raghoonandan said in her judgment, Momberg was not remorseful and nor was she in any way taking responsibility for her actions.
