Former estate agent Vicky Momberg, who was jailed for a racist rant, has been released from prison.

The Department of Correctional Services confirmed that she was released on Friday.
"The inmate in question was released from custody today, after having reached her sentence expiry date, following the special remission of sentence announced by President Ramaphosa on 16 December 2019," said Department of Correctional Service Deputy Commissioner, Logan Maistry.
Momberg was sentenced to two years in jail after being found guilty of four counts of crimen injuria for calling a black policeman the K-word 48 times after he came to her aid following a smash-and-grab incident in 2016.
