WATCH: Car flies, crashes into wall in Sandton
A woman has been critically injured in a dramatic accident in Sandton.
CCTV footage shows the expensive German car flying over a wall and crashing.
The incident happened on Sunday morning on Rivonia Road.
ER24 says when paramedics arrived the Audi TT was found lying next to a wall.
"The body of a woman was found lying a short distance from the vehicle. She was assesed and found that she had sustained numerous injuries and was in a critical condition," says ER24 spokesperson Russel Meiring.
Meiring says the woman was stabilised on scene before she was rushed to Charlotte Maxeke Hospital.
