[WATCH LIVE] Mboweni tables ‘most difficult budget yet’
Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
Finance Minister Tito Mboweni will table what is again being described as his most difficult budget yet in the National Assembly on Thursday.

South Africa is the country hardest-hit by coronavirus in Africa.
Mboweni usually delivers his national budget speech alongside a potted aloe vera plant, highly resistant to drought, as a symbol of South Africa's economic resilience.
Resilience will be needed, with official unemployment soaring to a record 32.5 percent in the fourth quarter of last year.
Public debt is also expected to reach over 80 percent of GDP this year.
