[WATCH LIVE] Motshekga to detail reopening of schools
Updated | By Nokukhanya N Mntambo
Pressure is mounting on Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga to settle uncertainty on the reopening of schools.

Motshekga previously announced that grades 7 and 12 would likely be back in the classroom on June but it’s unclear if the department is ready for the move.
Schools have been closed since March due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Motshekga is set to address the media on Tuesday at 18:00 around the readiness of schools to reopen at the end of the month.
