[WATCH] Netflix's first local series ‘Shadow’

The first original South African series on Netflix will premiere internationally on Friday evening.

Two local superstars, Pallance Dladla better known for his role in Isibaya and Amanda Du Pont, who acts in Skeem Saam, play the lead roles in ‘Shadow’.
The eight-part series is part of the streaming giant’s push for diversity.

The show follows the story of an ex-cop - with a rare inability to feel pain - who decides to take matters in his own hands by catching offenders who've eluded Johannesburg police.
He puts his sights on ‘Shadow’, Joburg's very own vigilante.
Netflix will drop the entire series at one go, allowing viewers to binge during the weekend.
