Watch out for flash floods in Limpopo and Mpumalanga
Updated | By JacarandaFM News
The South African Weather Services has issued an alert for localised and flash flooding over the eastern parts of both Mpumalanga and Limpopo.

The forecast for heavy rain stretches into Wednesday.
South African Weather Services forecaster Victoria Nurse says residents can expect more than 50 mm of rainfall.
Even though it comes with a warning, the rain is expected to bring much needed relief to areas experiencing a drought.
"When we see millimetres greater than 50 falling in consecutive days, we expect the dam levels to rise."

Nurse adds Gauteng residents should also keep the umbrella near-by.
"The next seven days we are expecting rainfall over most parts of Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Gauteng. I am not really seeing a big clearance coming in for the next seven days."
