Ramaphosa to start implementing programmes that will change people's lives.
Political parties are debating President Cyril Ramaphosa's State of the Nation Address in Parliament on Tuesday.
"Mr President, people are in poverty now, people are unemployed now, people are being raped now, stop dreaming and implement policies that will change their lives.
"You cannot be dreaming! You are a president with the power to make things happen."
