Its honours even with Sundowns triumphing in 2019 and record nine-time champions Ahly gaining revenge last season.
Mnguni says Masandawana will be playing under immense pressure in the away leg.
"I call it a special game, I call it a fist game, a special game in a sense that there is a lot that is expected from all the elements of this game on its own.
"I want to say it that our boys understand the pressure of facing against Al Ahly knowing that they are champions and that we are the former champions of CAF.
"They will go with the respect that Al Ahly deserves and also Al Ahly understands the way Sundowns will impose themselves in Egypt."
