For the first time in 10 years the names Ntini and Boucher will again feature in a cricket team from Border.
According to Die Burger's website, Thando Ntini, the son of former Proteas fast bowler, Makhaya, and Ethan Boucher are in the Border Under-13 team that will play in the national week in Bloemfontein.
Both are learners at Selborne Primary School in East London.
Ntini is a fast bowler like his dad was, while Boucher is a wicketkeeper. He is however not related to former Proteas 'keeper Mark Boucher.
Makhaya Ntini and Mark Boucher last played together for Border in 2003. They were also part of the Border schools team that took part in the Khaya Majola week for Under-18 players in 1994.
