Pieter Scholtz starts at prop for Lions

Prop Pieter Scholtz has been drafted into the Lions starting line-up for the Vodacom Super Rugby match against the Hurricanes at Ellis Park on Saturday.

Kickoff is at 5.05pm.
This follows the injury to Ruan Dreyer in the match against the Southern Kings over the past weekend. Dreyer has undergone surgery and will be sidelined for approximately six months.
Malcolm Marx did not make a late fitness test as Armand van der Merwe will start at hooker with Ramone Samuels coming onto the bench.
Scholtz has been in action for the Xerox Golden Lions XV in the Currie Cup Qualifying Round.
Kempton Park Hoërskool and Transvalia will play in the curtain raiser at 2.30pm.
