Pumas surprise Bulls with a convincing win in their Currie Cup encounter
The Pumas secured an emphatic victory over the Blue Bulls, winning 41-7 in their Currie Cup encounter at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday.
The Pumas outscored the hosts by six tries to one to put an end to the Bulls' winning streak and move to the top of the log.
Meanwhile, in Durban, the Cheetahs edged out the luckless Sharks with a hard-fought 7-5 win – the third consecutive defeat for the Durbanites.
The Cheetahs scored a try and conversion in the first half, while the Sharks could only score a try in the second half.
