A Cape Town resident managed to capture on video a rare sighting of a caracal walking among the bushes on Lion's Head, Cape Town.

A paraglider pilot managed to capture the incredible footage of a wild caracal wandering around Lion's Head in Cape Town.
Louis Standford, a resident in Cape Town, spotted the cat walking around the mountain and feeding in the bushes.
One social media user, Delyse Hopkins, said: “Those caracal walk the whole of the Table Mountain Reserve. Some are tagged and they have been spotted at Cape Point… They feed on cats… had 15 missing on the mountain behind us in about six months, and the paw prints around the carcass of a cat showed caracal prints."
Nevertheless, this is unbelievable footage and definitely not something you see every day.
